How do I report a bug?

Email support@krialabs.dev with the app name, your device model, iOS version, and steps to reproduce. Screenshots help a lot.

I want a refund — how does that work?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my account or data?

If the app supports accounts, you can delete yours from within the app's settings. Otherwise, email support@krialabs.dev and we'll remove any data we hold.
