We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and any applicable app store terms (such as Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement).

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Services; use the Services to violate any law; interfere with the operation of the Services; or use the Services to infringe the rights of others.

3. Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies and can be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krialabs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
